Abstract: | A gas-liquid chromatography method for the resolution of 1,2-diglycerides of a given carbon number from the 1,3-isomers of the same carbon number is presented. Resolution of saturated diglycerides from the unsaturated diglycerides is also achieved, although complete resolution of unsaturated diglycerides is not obtained. |
