| Abstract: | 4-Aminobiphenyl is a human bladder carcinogen present in many environmental sources, including cigarette smoke. It can be metabolized in two steps to the mutagen N-hydroxy-N-acetyl-4-aminobiphenyl (N-OH-AABP).
