摘    要:真核翻译起始因子3是由多个亚基组成的,在真核翻译起始中发挥重要作用,近年来的研究表明其多个亚基在多种肿瘤细胞中存在异常表达的现象且与肿瘤的侵袭性、转移能力、分化程度及预后相关,使其有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。

Abstract:The eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 (eIF-3) complex consists of multiple subunits and plays an important role in eukaryotic translation initiation. It has been found in recent years that, various subunits of eIF3 are abnormally express in tumors, which is closely related to tumor invasiveness, metastasis, differentiation, and prognosis of cancer. Therefore, cIF-3 may be hopeful as a potential anti-cancer therapeutic target.
