| 摘 要： | 本对近年来重组蛋白复性技术的研究进行了评述。比较分析了液相和固相复性的各种方法，提出了复性优化的方案，介绍了在化学复性基础上发展物理复性如高压复性法的新思路。

| Abstract: | The recent research progress of recombinant protein refolding was reviewed.This paper analyzed various kinds of solution-phase and solid-phase refolding technologies,proposed the refolding optimization procedure and introduced the new solution of physical refolding such as high pressure refolding based upon the chemical refolding. |
