| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨当地健康人群TT病毒(TTV)感染状况及其在人体内长期存在的意义。方法：选择邢台市志愿献血员(120名)进行TTV感染情况检测，利用N22 PCR和UTR PCR两种方法。结果：N22 PCR方法血清中TTV阳性率为30．00％，UTR PCR方法血清中TTV阳性率为100％。结论：说明邢台市区健康人群中存在有TTV感染，并与贵州(6．45％)、深圳(7．80％)等地区报告的TTV DNA阳性率不同。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the TTV infec ti on condition in local healthy people and the significance that TTV exists in hum an body for a long time.Methods:One hundred and twenty volunteer blood donors in Xingt ai City were selected to have their TTV infection condition detected.Two methods of N22 PCR and UTR PCR were used.Results:By N22 PCR the positive rate of TTV in the serum is 30 00%,and by UTR PCR the positive rate of TTV in the serum is 100% Conclusion:The result indicates that the TTV infection exists in Xingtai,and the positive rate of the TTV in serum differs from that of TTV DN A in Gui Zhou(6 45%),Shen Zhen(7 80%),etc |
