| Abstract: | A convenient synthesis of nonsymmetrical bivalent inhibitors of the serotonin transporter is described. The synthesis utilizes polymer-supported reagents that allow for rapid access to novel bivalent ligands without the need for isolation or purification of synthetic intermediates. |
