摘    要:为了研究微量元素在大鼠体内的分布,本实验将大鼠分为两组,喂镍组大鼠每天灌喂1%硫酸镍0.25毫升,另一组大鼠喂水作对照,一个月后,处死全部大鼠,取鼻咽、气管、食管、胃、小肠、心、肝、脾、肺、肾、大脑、颅骨及皮毛等13种器官和组织,用发射光谱技术测定微量元素的含量。结果表明,喂镍组大鼠的鼻咽、气管、食管、肺、颅骨、心、脾和肾的镍含量显著地高于正常组(P<0.01),实验组大鼠鼻咽的镍含量明显增高这一事实,可以解释硫酸镍在诱发大鼠鼻咽癌的作用。

Abstract:In order to study the distribution of trace elements in rats, the rats were divided into two groups. One group was fed with 0.25 ml of 1% nickel sulfate by oral adminst-ration daily and the another group was fed water as control. All rats were killed after one month and then the contents of trace elements in .13 organs and tissues (Nasopharynx, trachea, esophagus, stomach, instestine, heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, brain, skull bone and skin with hair) were analyzed by emission spectrum technique. The result showed that the nickel contents in nasopharynx, trachea, esophagus, lungs, skull bone, heart, spleen and kidneys of the rats fed with nickel were significantly higher than that of the control ones. The fact that higher nickel contents exist in the nasopharynx of treated animals may probably be explained by the role played by nickel sulfate in inducing nasopharyngeal carcinoma in rats.
