| 摘 要： | AMPA受体的内化不仅仅是结束它们的活性状态，受体的许多重要信号功能是与活性依赖的内化密切相关的。突触功能调节中，存在2种形式AMPA受体的内化：组构性内化和活性依赖的内化。现就AMPA受体内化的分类、过程和意义，以及活性依赖的内化的诱发因素、调节因素和内化后的去向进行综述。

| Abstract: | There are two kinds of AMPA receptor endocytosis: constitutive endocytosis and activity-dependentendocytosis. AMPA receptors endocytosis means more than the end of the receptor's activity. Some importantsignal transduction of AMPA receptors are mediated by this process. It is associated with activity-dependentendocytosis This article reviewed the process and function of AMPA receptor endocytosis, and the molecularmechanism in which the trigger, regulation, fate of the activity-dependent endocytosis of AMPA receptors undergo. |
