| Abstract: | ACTIVITY of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) in liver1 and adipose tissue2 has been shown to be decreased in diabetic rats and restored by insulin treatment. In this report we supply data on the distribution of electrophoretically distinguishable forms of G6PD in four rat tissues and the effect of diabetes and insulin treatment. |
