不吸水链霉菌11371衍生菌种构建及基因工程宿主菌初筛

摘    要:采用物理、化学等方法对不吸水链霉菌11371(Streptomyces ahygroscopicus wuzhouensis subsp)进行诱变,获得78株在菌落形态方面与野生菌不同的衍生菌;并对各种衍生菌株进行了抗生素生物活性、内源性质粒以及外源载体转化等研究,初步筛选出2株具有宿主潜力的衍生菌,为构建11371转化体系提供了生物材料和相关理论基础。

Abstract:This method of physics and chemistry was adopted to induce Streptomyces ahygroscopicus wuzhouensis subsp. 11371,and 78 Strain derived from 11371 were gained. 2 Gene Host were firstly Screened through studiing avidity,plasmids and vector transform. The foundation of boil-material and relative theory was establish to study 11371 Gene Host System.
