谷氨酸对异养培养小球藻生长的影响

摘    要:在不添加其他氮源的小球藻异养培养基中,谷氨酸可促进小球藻的生长,但基本不增加叶绿素的合成;在以铵盐为氮源时,谷氨酸可明显促进小球藻对铵盐的利用,促进小球藻生物量增加和叶绿素合成;在以硝酸盐为氮源时,谷氨酸可增加小球藻的生物量,对叶绿素含量无明显影响。

Abstract:Glutamic acid can improve the growth of heterotrophic Chlorella vulgarls , but not increase the content of chlorophyll when there is no other nitrogen source in the media. It can obviously enhance the utilization of ammonium by Chlorella vulgarts , increase biomass and the content of chlorophyll in the alga when ammonium was used as nitrogen sources. The biomass of Chlorella vulgaris was increased without influence on its chlorophyll content when nitrate was used as nitrogen source.
