| Abstract: | The comparison of two quantitative tests: hybridization (Murex Hybrid Capture System) and PCR (COBAS AMPLICOR CMV Monitor) detected CMV DNA was made. Investigation of viral load in serum by PCR gave better correlation with clinical manifestation in renal transplant recipients. |
