Raman spectroscopy of liver alcohol dehydrogenase

Abstract:We report the Raman spectrum of liver alcohol dehydrogenase in solution. The enzyme's secondary structure as determined from an examination of the Raman bands is slightly different than that found in crystals by X-ray diffraction.
