| Abstract: | Abstract N-acylphosphoramidates can be obtained from the reaction of phosphitylated primary carboxamides and an alcohol in the presence of an acid catalyst such as tetrazole and subsequent oxidation. The reaction is useful for the preparation of peptide-oligonucleotide conjugates. |
