| Abstract: | Abstract We have determined the affinity of human deoxycytidine kinase with respect to new fluorescent N-methylanthraniloyl cytidine derivatives or non fluorescent enantiomeric cytidine analogues. New results regarding the enantioselectivity and the mechanism of the enzyme are presented. |
