新生儿病房铜绿假单胞菌感染状况及耐药性的5年监测

摘    要:目的监测2005年至2009年间铜绿假单胞菌在新生儿病房的分离情况及其耐药趋势,为临床感染的预防和治疗提供实验室依据。方法回顾分析2005年至2009年间新生儿病房所有标本中铜绿假单胞菌的分离率,菌株在标本中的分布以及对常见的13种抗菌药物的耐药性。结果铜绿假单胞菌的分离率有逐年升高的趋势,从2005年的1.19%增至2009年的5.16%;其在呼吸道标本中的分离率最高(86.3%),在其他标本中的检出率都相对较低。铜绿假单胞菌的耐药株也有逐年增多的趋势,特别是对复方新诺明的耐药性已发展成为全部耐药。结论铜绿假单胞菌在新生儿病房的分离率在不断地增加,其对多种抗菌药物有较高的耐药性,加之新生儿免疫系统发育不完善,应引起临床医师的高度重视。

Abstract:Objective To study the isolation and resistance tendency of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in newborn nursery from 2005 to 2009 to provide valuable data for infection prevention and therapy.Method The isolation rates,distribution in neonatal specimens,and the resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to 13 kinds of antimicrobial agents from 2005 to 2009 were reviewed.Result There was an increasing tendency of the isolation rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa each year, from 1.19 % in 2005 to 5.17 % in 2009.The isolation rate for specimens from respiratory tract was 86.3%,the highest among other specimens.The resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was also increasing,especially to TMP-SMZ,to which the resistance rate had become 100%.Conclusion The clinical isolation rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in newborn nursery is increasing.Since it has higher resistance rates to many antimicrobial agents,and the development of neonatal immune system is not consummate,physicians should realize the importance of antimicrobial agents susceptibility test in vitro.
