| 摘 要： | 目的:评价翠绿宝石激光脱毛治疗的疗效。方法:使用波长为755 nm的GentleLASE Plus激光对350例门诊患者的不同部位的体毛进行多次治疗,并按不同部位和治疗次数进行分组,分析其疗效。结果:经过多次治疗后,总体治愈率为83.71%,疗效与不同的部位有关,且与治疗次数呈正相关。其中5例出现暂时性色素沉着。结论:使用GentleLASE Plus激光进行脱毛治疗效果良好,并发症少,是目前较为理想的脱毛治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of hair removal using alexandrite laser.Methods:A total of 350 patients with unwanted hair were treated by alexandrite laser(wavelength: 755 nm,30 ms pulsewidth).The 350 patients were divided into several groups according to the hair of different parts of the body,and the curative effects were analyzed.Results:After several times of treatment,the effective rate is 83.71 %.We found that there were different effective rates in different part and the number of operation correlated with the effectiveness.Pigmentation occurred in 1.43 % of the patients(5/350).Conclusion:Hair removal by alexandrite laser has permanent effect.No severe side-effect is observed. |
