DNA修复酶(MGMT)在人胃肠癌中表达的临床意义

目的探讨MGMT在胃肠癌中表达的临床意义。方法93例胃肠癌(其中胃癌53例,大肠癌40例)利用SABC免疫组织化学方法检测MGMT。结果在胃肠癌中MGMT阳性率为49.46%(46/93),在胃癌和大肠癌中阳性率分别为45.28%(24/53)和55.00%(22/40)。66岁以上老年组MGMT阳性率明显低于其他年龄组(P<0.05),癌组织浸润深度达浆膜组和有淋巴结转移组MGMT阳性率高。MGMT在胃肠癌中的表达与性别和癌组织类型、分化程度相关性不明显(P>0.05)。结论MGMT在胃肠癌中的表达与年龄、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关。

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF MGMT EXPRESSION IN HUMAN GASTROENTERIC CANCER

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of MGMT(O~(6)-Methylguanine-DNA-methyltransferase)expressionin gastroenteric carcinoma.Methods 93 cases of gastroenteric carcinoma were examined,including 53 cases of gastric carcinoma and 40 cases of large intestine cancer.Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect MGMT.Results The positive rate was 49.46%(46/93) in gastroenteric cancer with 45.28%(24/53) and 55.00%(22/40) in gastric cancer and large intestine cancer resprectively.The positive rate of MGMT in the 66-plus age group was lower than that of the middle age group(P<0.05).The expression of MGMT was higher in the group of deep invasion depth and lymph node metastasis.The expression of MGMT was insignificantly related with sex,histological type and degree of differentiation.Conclusion The expression of MGMT is related with age of patients,cancer cell invasive depth and lymph node metastasis.
