| Abstract: | Ca2+, Mg(2+)-ATP-ase of plasmatic membranes of thymocites were studied as affected by Mg ions. A complex character of the reaction rate dependence on Mg2+ concentration in the range of 0.002-25. OmM was revealed. The data obtained indicate the existence of Mg(2+)-binding centre of ATP-ase which regulates the enzyme catalytic activity. |
