| 摘 要： | 小麦的许多重要经济性状是受多基因控制的数量性状。综述了近年来小麦QTL的研究进展，包括QTL定位原理、研究涉及的性状、QTL分布情况、贡献率、数据统计分析使用的方法和应用软件等，列举了小麦重要农艺性状QTL在育种中的应用实例，分析了小麦QTL分子标记的发展和应用前景。

In recent years, much research on mapping QTL of wheat, such as the traits related to yeild, grain quality, disease and insect resistance, had been reported. This paper summarizes resent progress and put forward the problom and the prospect of application. |
