摘    要:目的:研究海棠种子种皮对海棠种子保护作用机理。方法:通过种子水势、吸水膨胀、种子化学染色、红外光谱分析和显微形貌观察考察海棠种子结构和成分对种子的影响。结果和结论:表面油脂起着防水作用,但是在一定的条件下易分解;种皮表层红色短纤物结构致密使种子具有防水透湿的作用,种皮内层是生物高分子,在吸水初期表现出高的吸水力(包括溶胀吸水力、保持力、荷重下的吸收力),后期由水分引起的相关生物反应产生的某种物质使其表现刚性而开裂。三者共同作用保护种子使其长时间在自然环境下仍然保持生物活性。

Abstract:Objective:The thesis is a discussion about the mechanism of seed coat's Malus hupehensis seed protection.Methods:The structure and constitution of the seed to its protection had been researched through seed's suction potential,water intake capacity,biochemical dyeing,microscopic analysis and IR analysis.Results and Conclusion:The results show that the seed coat is composed of external oil,red short-fibered matter and inner biopolymers.To seed protection,the external oil which have the waterproof property will be easily decomposed in certain situation;compact-arranged configuration of short-fibered matter causes it have waterproof and moisture permeable property;the inner is biopolymers,the first stage of water absorption,it shows strong suction force(include swelling suction force,retentiveness and suction force undertake weight),the later biochemical reaction during intaking water shows rigidity to crack.The seed protected by the three interactions is still viable during a long time in the environment.
