| Abstract: | Summary The silver-staining technique was used to study seven cases of structural anomalies involving acrocentric chromosomes, excluding Robertsonian translocations. This technique allows identification of breakpoints and furnishes some information about interphase cell dynamics not seen on conventional chromosome preparations.Supported by grants of I.N.S.E.R.M.
