Abstract: | Sex differentiation in Drosophila is controlled by a regulatory cascade with at least three regulated alternative RNA-processing events. The results of recent work have verified much of the earlier molecular and genetic work in this field and have provided a demonstration that both positive and negative regulatory mechanisms are involved. |
