摘 要: | 对七子花苗期光合日进程及光响应进行了研究,结果表明:(1)净光合速率的日进程曲线呈双峰型,胞间CO2浓度的日进程基本与净光合速率相反,中午胞间CO2浓度增高表明净光合速率午间降低主要受非气孔限制因素的影响。暗呼吸速率日进程呈单峰曲线,中午最高。光能利用效率以上午7∶00为最高,中午最低,以后又逐渐上升。(2)净光合速率最适温度为25~30℃,高光合有效辐射和高温下光抑制加剧。(3)29℃下饱和光强为890μmolm 2s 1,表观量子效率为0.0325,光补偿点为44μmolm 2s 1;随着光合有效辐射的增强,气孔阻力减小,但光合有效辐射过高,气孔阻力却有所上升。(4)在29℃的饱和光强下,羧化效率为0.0351,CO2补偿点为173μmolmol 1,低于或高于饱和光强,羧化效率下降,CO2补偿点升高。

Photosynthetic diurnal variations and responses to light in leaves of Heptacodium miconioides seedlings |

Abstract: | The photosynthetic diurnal variations and responses to light in leaves of Heptacodium miconioides seedlings had been studied. The results are as follows: (1)The diurnal variations of net photosynthetic rates(A)exhibited a twin peaked pattern. The diurnal variations of internal CO2 concentration(Ci)were just opposite to A. The increasing of Ci at midday showed that the decreasing of A was mainly affected by non stomatal restriction factors. Respiration rate(R)was highest at midday, and its diurnal variations exhibited single peaked pattern. Solar utilization efficiency(SUE)was highest at 7:00 and lowest at midday. SUE increased gradually in the afternoon.(2)The optimal temperature to A was between 25 ℃ and 30 ℃. Photoinhibition of photosynthesis would aggravate under high photosynthetic active radiation(Q)and high temperature.(3)Saturation light intensity in leaves of Heptacodium miconioides seedlings was 890 μmol m 2 s 1 at 29 ℃,while apparent quantum yield (AQY) was 0.032 5 and light compensation point was 44 μmol m 2 s 1 at 29 ℃. rs decreased with the increase of Q,but it increased a little when the Q were higher than saturation light intensity.(4)Carboxylation efficiency(CE)was 0.035 1, and CO2 compensation point was 173 μmol mol 1 under saturation light intensity at 29 ℃. CE decreased and CO2 compensation point increased when Q was higher or lower than saturation light intensity. |
