| Abstract: | The copigment present in the crystalline blue pigment isolated from Blue Boy cornflowers (Centaurea cyanus L.) was identified as apigenin 4′-O-β-glucoside 7-O-β-d-glucuronide. The NMR spectra of aryl glucuronides are discussed. |
