摘    要:采用2-氨基-2-甲基丙醇(2-amino-2-methylpropanol,AMP)衍生化、GC/MS法分析桐油的脂肪酸组成:软脂酸3.41%,硬脂酸3.71%,油酸7.07%,亚油酸7.51%,亚麻酸1.31%,十八碳共轭三烯酸73.19%,未定出成分3.80%;采用RP—HPLC/APCI—MS法分离桐油中的甘三酯组分,并根据特定甘三酯断裂生成的特征甘二酯离子的丰度比初步判定主要甘三酯的结构。

Abstract:A gas chromatography-electron impact mass spectrometric(GC/MS) method,using 2-amino-2-methylpropanol(AMP) as the derivatization reagent of fatty acids was developed for analyzing the composition of the fatty acids in Tung oil.Six fatty acids were identified:palmitic acid 3.41%,stearic acid 3.71%,oleic acid 7.07%,linoleic acid 7.51%,linolenic acid 1.31%,conjugated trienoic fatty acids with 18 carbons 73.19%.Unidentified composition was 3.80%.Triacylglycerol compositions in Tung oil were separated by reversed...
