酪酸梭菌活菌片联合 马来酸曲美布汀、谷维素对IBS患者的疗效

目的探讨酪酸梭菌活菌片联合马来酸曲美布汀、谷维素对肠易激综合征患者的临床疗效。方法选择80例肠易激综合征患者,随机分为治疗组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。治疗组患者采用酪酸梭菌活菌片联合马来酸曲美布汀、谷维素进行治疗,对照组患者采用马来酸曲美布汀和谷维素进行治疗。结果治疗组患者有效率高于对照组,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌活菌片联合马来酸曲美布汀、谷维素对肠易激综合征患者疗效显著。

Clinical effect of Clostridium butyricum tablet combined with Trimebutine maleate and Oryzanol on patients with irritable bowel syndrome

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Clostridium butyricum tablet combined with Trimebutine maleate and Oryzanol treating on patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Methods 80 cases of IBS were randomly divided into treatment group (n=40) or control group (n=40). The treatment group was given live Clostridium butyricum tablets, Trimebutine maleate and Oryzanol. The control group was given Trimebutine maleate and Oryzanol. Results The total efficiency rate in the treatment group was higher than in control group; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Clostridium butyricum tablet combined with Trimebutine maleate and Oryzanol has significant treatment effect on IBS.
