氮饥饿补糖分批培养小克银汉霉产γ-亚麻酸的研究

摘    要:对小克银汉霉C2(Cunninghamella sp.C2)发酵生产γ-亚麻酸工艺进行研究,发现氮饥饿补糖能有效地积累γ-亚麻酸,在第5、6、7d每天补糖15g/L,培养10d后生物量、油脂和γ-亚麻酸的产量分别达到47.4g/L、19.74g/L和1.86g/L,为分批培养的2.85、2.08和2.07倍。

Abstract:Fermentation strategies for producing gamma-linolenic acid by Cunninghamella C2 were studied. During the cultivation, the method of nitrogen starvation and glucose feeding to accumulate gamma-linolenic acid were investigated. 15 g/L concentration of glucose were fed at the fifth, sixth and seventh day. After 10 days of cultivation, the yield of biomass, total lipid and total GLA were 47. 4 g/L, 19. 74 g/L and 1. 86 g/L, respectively, which were 2. 85, 2. 08 and 2. 07 folds of those of the control.
