| 摘 要： | 采用５ ％ 的鱼肝油酸钠（Ｓｏｄｉｕｍ ｍｏｒｒｈｕａｔｅ， ＳＭ） 直接注射入大鼠睾丸内， 结果发现大鼠睾丸萎缩变小； 曲细精管及间质组织完全变性坏死； 血清睾酮含量显著下降； 定量观察指标显示注射ＳＭ 大鼠的性功能基本丧失。此法操作简单， 安全有效， 可以替代动物的手术去势方法。

| Abstract: | Experiment on castration model has been carried out by injecting 5% sodium morrhuate into the rat testis A great decrease of testis size caused by atrophy,and deggeneration, necrosis of seminiferous tubules and interstitial tissue were observed after injection Moreover,the concentation of testosterone reduced significantly.According to quantitative indices, the reproductive function of treated rats were basically deprived.It has been suggested by the authors that injection of sodium morrhuate could be a better means of castration than surgery because of its easiness and safety |
