| 摘 要： | The analysis of nutrients in Aucklandia lappa Decne.showed that there were mineral elements,fiber,proteins,carbohydrates and vitamins including β-carotene,and at least 17 kind of amino acids.In which,the amount of total sugar,Glu,VB2 and calcium is relatively high.It provided the basic data for utilization of the wild plants.
