| Abstract: | The formation and development of protocorm in shoot-tip culture of Cymbidium grandifiorium have been examined by scanning electron microscopy. Most of protocorms originated from somatic embryos formed in explant and developed into cotyledon, leavies and rhizoids, then formed complete plant. Also meristem in explant surface formed protocorm and developed into cotyledon and leavies. |
