Analysis of Structure Basis of Immunology Characters of SARS Coronavirus

Using bioinformatic methods, the characters of SARS coronavirus genome and it's encoding region were analyzed and predicted. The preliminary speculation on structure basis of immunology character of structure proteins of SARS coronavirus was undertaken by means of sequence analysis. The result of T/B cell epitopes of SARS coronavirus spike protein implied that its immunogenic characteristics were unique in the coronaviruses family. These data can provide some information for the further study on the diagnosis and prevention of SARS virus. ;
