| 摘 要： | 为检测S632A对细胞的毒性作用,比较了CPE法及MTT法检测其效果,结果可见,2种方法均可证明S632A对细胞的毒性较低,MTT法比CPE法敏感性高。

| Abstract: | Cell toxicity of antibiotics S632A testing methods were compared by MTT and CPE assays.It was proved that toxicity of S632A was low to cell.And it was found that MTT assay is higher than CPE in the sensitivity. |
