| Abstract: | Summary A technique for simultaneous demonstration of adrenergic and non-adrenergic nerve fibres is described, using methylene blue staining and fluorescence microscopy after formaldehyde treatment. The procedure is applicable to whole mounts as well as to microtome sections. |
