| Abstract: | Immobilised metal chelate affinity chromatography (IMAC) in an expanded bed mode was used for the purification of horse radish peroxidase. Recovery of horse radish peroxidase varied between 85 and 72% starting from the crude homogenate. When a pure peroxidase was passed through the purification protocol a recovery of about 95% was achieved. |
