摘    要:对2一酮基一L一古龙酸发酵过程中,混合菌中各菌量的分别测定方法进行了研究。在吸光度法测定菌量的基础上,提出了利用14个波长下的吸光度值进行拟合计算,分别求取混合菌量的分析方法——多波长扫描法,并据此成功地测定了本体系发酵过程中大、小菌及芽抱的浓度,平均相对偏差小于4%。

Abstract:A method was studied to measufe concentration of each kind of strains in a mixcellsystem during the fermentation of 2-Keto-L-Gluconic Acid. Based on measuring cellmass withAbeorbance Method, the new effechve way, which was named Mulhwavelength ScanningMethod (MSM Method), regressed absorbance data at 14 specific wavelength to obtrin differentcellmass in mixcell suspension respectively. It was successfully applied in measuring theconcentration of Bacilly Megaterium, Gluconobacter Oxydan and spore of the former in thementioned fermentation system. The average error was lower than 4 Percent.
