| Abstract: | The effects of polynucleotide templates on the self-condensations in water and in pyridine of 2′ (and 3′)-O-glycyladenosine, 2′ (and 3′)-O-glycyluridine, and 5′-glycyladenylate were studied. Poly(U) template was found to have a favorable effect on the self-condensations of glycine esters of adenosine and adenylate in both media. |
