| 摘 要： | 常见的动物毒素如蛇毒、蟾蜍毒、蜂毒、蜘蛛毒等在体内和体外均具有诱导肿瘤细胞调亡的作用,通过对动物毒素的抗肿瘤机制进行综述,为研究开发新型抗肿瘤药提供思路和方法。

| Abstract: | The common venoms derived from variety of animals,such as snake,toad,bee and spider,can all induce cell apoptosis in vitro and in vivo.This review presents the mechanism of anti-tumor activities of animal toxins,which may have significant implications for the development of novel anti-tumor drugs. |
