| Abstract: | The coat protein complex II (COPII) catalyzes transport vesicle formation from the endoplasmic reticulum. Crystallographic analysis of a Sec23/24-Sar1 prebudding complex of COPII now provides a molecular view of this GTPase-directed coat assembly mechanism. |
