| Abstract: | A discrete delta method is applied to estimation of the standard error of the logistic scores estimator of ED50 in quantal bioassay. Results of a simulation study suggest that the standard error estimator is useful for assessing the precision of the ED50 estimate and for interval estimation of ED50. |
