摘    要:利用单细胞电生理记录技术,观测了在前胸施加GABA、苦毒素和筒箭毒等药物对螽斯Gampocleisgratiosa听觉上升神经元AN2的声反应放电活动的影响。发现GABA和筒箭毒都能抑制AN2的放电活动,而苦毒素则将其放电模式变为“tonic”型。

Abstract:Intracellular electrophysiological technique was used to detect the effects of GABA and its antagonist picrotoxin, and also d-tubocurarine on spike discharge characteristics of the auditory interneuron AN2 in the bushcricket Gampocleis gratiosa. The results show that GABA and d-tubocurarine inhibit spike discharge of AN2, While picrotoxin increases the spike discharge of the AN2 neuron, and even changes its discharge pattern from "Quasi-tonic" to "tonic".
