Abstract:Research on the anti-fatigue effect is one of the most potential studies in these recent years.This article deliberately analyses the four main reasons resulting in mobile fatigue,supported by numerous of literatures materials.These literatures mainly combine the popular methods including weight-loaded swimming test or forced swim test,and rotarod test,with the detection of biochemical parameters,such as the concentrations of serum lactic acid,blood urea nitrogen,hepatic glycogen and the activity of SOD,etc...
