| 摘 要： | 探讨急性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿CRP和D-二聚体水平的变化及临床意义。采用速率散射比浊法和Liatest免疫法,分别检测急性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿96例、细菌性肺炎患儿123例及对照组60例血清CRP水平和血浆D-二聚体水平。实验结果显示,急性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿、细菌性肺炎患儿血清CRP水平和血浆D-二聚体水平均明显高于对照组。CRP和D-二聚体可以作为急性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿体内炎症反应和血液高凝状态的检测指标。

| Abstract: | The level and clinical significance of CRP (C-reactive protein) and D-Dimer in children acute mycoplasma pneumonia (AMP) sufferers were investigated. The levels of CRP and D-Dimer in 96 cases' sera of children AMP sufferers and 60 cases' plasma of healthy controls were detected by speed scatter nephelometry and Liatest immunization method respectively. The results showed that the levels of CRP and D-Dimer in children AMP sufferers were obviously higher than those in control group. CRP and D-Dimmer can be used as a detection standard to reflect inflammatory and hypercoagulabale state in vivo of children AMP sufferers. |
