药用菊三七的HPLC指纹图谱

摘    要:目的:建立药用菊三七的HPLC指纹图谱,为中药材质量控制提供有效的方法。方法:CBL C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水溶液梯度洗脱;检测波长212 nm;柱温25℃;流速1.0 mL.m in-1;分析时间90 m in。结论:成功建立起其指纹图谱,并认为该方法稳定可靠,可以对该植物将来作为药物制剂的原材料进行质量控制提供参考。

Abstract:Gynura medica Y.K.Yang et J.K.Wu is a new anti-diabetes resource folk medicine plant.Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint of Gynura medica for quality control of the herbal medicine.Method:A CBL C18 analytical column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water.The elution was in gradient mode and detection wavelength was set at 212 nm.The column temperature was 25℃and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The analysis time was 90 min.Result:Finally the fingerprint was successfully established.This method is available for control the quality of the native material of pharmaceutical preparations.
