白背飞虱取食抗虫品种过程中体内保护酶和自由基的变化

摘    要:白背飞虱取食抗虫品种过程中自由基含量显增加,在取食18小时后达最高值,以后开始下降,在取食中抗品种N22和高抗品种Ptb33时,虫体内SOD和CAT活性明显增加,且起着主要作用,POD作用不明显;白背飞在抗虫品种上连续饲养一至二代后,体内保护酶活性逐渐接近于感虫品种,基本明确了白背飞虱取食抗虫品种过程中体内保护酶和自由基的变化规律。

Abstract:The results showed that the level of hydroxylamine in the female adults of whitebacked planthopper (WBPH) increased significantly when feeding on resistant rice varieties. The lower activities of peroxidase (POD) and the higher activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) were detected in the WBPH feeding on the media- and high- resistant varieties. The activities of endogenous protective enzymes in the 1st and 2nd generation of the WBPH feeding on media- resistant rice varieties were gradually close to those of the pest feeding on susceptible rice varieties. The experiment preliminarily showed that the physiological mechanism of WBPH adapting to resistant rice varieties.
