大鼠耳下腺损伤后再生的实验研究

摘    要:实验应用酶组织化学方法对大鼠耳下腺损伤后残存腺体再生过程中琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP) 酶的动态变化过程进行研究, 并在电子显微镜下观察腺体超微结构变化。结果显示: 大鼠耳下腺损伤后早期ACP酶的活性增高, 在第三天达最高峰; SDH 在腺体损伤后第三天开始升高, 至第七天达最高峰。说明唾液腺损伤的第三天是腺体变性反应最严重阶段, 而腺体的再生过程亦是从此开始, 损伤后第七天是再生恢复最活跃时期, 超微结构观察到线粒体和溶酶体的相应改变。提示在损伤后, 保留残存腺体具有重要意义, 同时从病理组织学角度对成熟个体唾液腺损伤的再生理论提供了有意义的补充。

Abstract:Consecutive study on histochemical stainings of SDH and ACP was made respectively and ultrastructural change was observed by EM in the proccss of rcgcncration of the surviving gland after rat parotid gland was injured. The rsults showed that in the early stage of injury, the activity of ACP increased in the parotid gland and peaked on the third day, and the activity of SDH began to increase on the third day and reached its peak on the seventh day.;Our results indicated that the degeneration and necrosis of the injuried gland was very significant on the third day after injury. Simultaneously, the regeneration of gland occured on the third day, too. The seventh day was the most active stage of regeneration of the gland.;The ultrastructural observation showed a corresponding change of mitochondria and lysosome with the above enzymatic changes. It suggested that the injuried parotid gland exhibited powerful regeneration, which indicated that partial reservation of parotid gland might be of significance in the regeneration process.;
