| Abstract: | An HIV-1 antigen carrying cell line(MT-4A), which expressed antigen p24, gp41 and gp120 but it did not produce infectious virus, was established from MT-4 cells after infection with human immunodeficiency virus type 1 ( HIV-1). Antigenic analyses of this cell line and its application in screening tests suggest that MT-4A cell could be used as target antigen for the detection of HIV-1 antibody. |
