| Abstract: | Extracting DNA from 36 Holstein Cow blood, we mixed these DNA as equal concentration to build a DNA pool. Using this DNA pool as the reaction template, we established the dairy cattle genomic DNA's RAPD-PCR optimal conditions through the orthogonal optimization method. |
