普萘洛尔治疗桥本病伴发甲亢82例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨普萘洛尔治疗桥本病伴发甲亢82例临床疗效观察。方法：随机选取2010年04月份-2011年05月份因桥本病伴发甲亢就诊于我院的患者82例，随机分为治疗组41例患者（采用普萘洛尔治疗），对照组41例患者（采用常规治疗），统计两组患者的甲状腺功能以及影像学改变，并对结果进行统计分析。结果：治疗组总有效率为68.3％，甲状腺功能以及影像学检查结果均明显优于对照组，经统计分析，P〈0．05，差异存在显著性。结论：普萘洛尔治疗桥本病伴发甲亢有效改善甲状腺功能，值得临床普遍使用。

The Clinical Observation on Propranolol for the Treatment of Hashimoto Thyroiditis Concomitant with Hyperthyroidism in 82 Cases

Objective： To discuss the Propranolol for the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis concomitant with hyperthyroidism in 82 cases. Methods： From April, 2010 to May 2011, 82 patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis concomitant with hyperthyroidism were selected as objects in our hospital. They were divided into treatment group （Propranolol group, n=41） and control group （routine treatment group, n=41）. We made a statistics on the thyroid function and imaging changes, and then analyzed the results. Results： In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 68.3%, and thyroid function and imaging results were significantly better than that in the control group, P〈0.05, there were significant differences after statistical analysis. Conclusion： The Propranolol for the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis concomitant with hyperthyroidism can improve the thyroid function effectively, and it was worth using in clinical widely.
