针灸配合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死后遗症68例临床观察

目的：观察针灸配合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效。方法：将128例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组60例采用常规西医处理，观察组68例在对照组基础上加用针刺和中药补阳还五汤治疗。结果：观察组基本痊愈34例，基本痊愈率50．00％，总有效率91．18％。对照组基本痊愈18例，基本痊愈率30．00％，总有效率79．33％。2组比较，基本痊愈率和总有效率差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。2组神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力得分与本组治疗前比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05），与对照组治疗后比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺疗法配合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死后遗症能减轻患者神经功能缺损程度，提高患者生活自理能力，临床疗效安全可靠。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang Treatment for 68 Cases Sequelae of Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To investigate clinical effect of acupuncture combined Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang treatment for sequelae of cerebral infarction. Methods： 128 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction were divided into the control group （60 patients）, treated by conventional Western and the treatment group （68 patients）, treated by acupuncture combined Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang on the basis of control group. Results： After treatment, the basic cure rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group （50.00%,91.18%） were sig- nificantly higher than those of the control group （30.00%,79.33%） （P〈0.05）. Neurological deficit scores and activities of daily living score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The acupuncture combined Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang treatment for sequelae of cerebral infarction can reduce the degree of neurological deficit, improve patient self-care capacity.
